Become a Speaker at AI in Pharma 2025
Introduction
As the Polish affiliate of ISPE, our mission is to connect pharmaceutical knowledge, share technology, and foster the next generation of industry leaders right here in Poland. The AI in Pharma conference is a direct extension of that mission: a non-profit, knowledge-sharing platform designed to advance our industry and welcome new talent into the field.
This event brings together professionals, technology providers, regulators, and academics to explore the practical applications of digitization across the entire pharmaceutical lifecycle. We invite you to contribute your expertise and join us on stage. If you are implementing AI in pharma, have a compelling success story, or are developing groundbreaking solutions, this is your opportunity to share your work with an engaged audience of industry peers.

We are seeking proposals that offer practical insights, data-driven case studies, and strategic discussions. Based on last year’s successful agenda and our goals for 2025, we are particularly interested in the following areas:

- Gen AI & AI Agents: Exploring the latest advancements and their strategic value for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Trustworthy AI: Addressing the challenges of building and implementing reliable and ethical AI systems.
Applications Across the Pharma Lifecycle
- R&D and Drug Discovery: AI-driven target identification and accelerating vaccine development with AI/ML strategies.
- Laboratory & Operations: The role of digitization in the laboratories and AI-powered data strategies in early-stage development.
- Manufacturing & Quality (Pharma 4.0): Practical use cases for AI in quality control, data security in manufacturing, and medical devices.
- Data Ecosystems: Building and managing distributed health data ecosystems with accountable AI.
- Digital transformation: The use of digitization and/or AI technologies to accelerate or enable digital transformation.

- AI in a Regulated Environment: Navigating key AI regulations in Europe and US.

Submission Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and fair review process, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your proposal:
- Speaker Information: Please include speaker and contact information.
- Title and Abstract: Your proposal should include a concise title and an abstract that clearly outlines the presentation’s key takeaways, the problem it addresses, and its main conclusions. Additionally please add a short bio on the speaker if possible.
- Link to materials: Please share any materials required for the submission form via access links.
Focus on Practice: We prioritize practical case studies and data-driven insights over purely theoretical or sales-oriented presentations. Show us what you have accomplished.
